Join us on our SPOOKTASTIC 2-HR RIDE. Two different instructors mixing it up. It gives you a chance to push yourself to the next level. Don't let the pumpin' sound system and fancy lights fool you — we will be torching some major calories!

TIME: 3PM to 5PM (7 min intermission before the second hour)

- Drink at least 32 oz. of water before this class
- A light snack to fuel your ride (banana, apple, trail mix, etc...)
- Bring a LARGE (32 oz.) water bottle to fill up
- We highly recommend wearing padded cycling shorts to alleviate fanny fatigue
- Although cycling shoes are not mandatory for the classes at Surge Cycling, we highly recommend them as they make a tremendous difference in your efficiency on the bike! Just make sure your shoes have SPD clips.
